As with many other electronic devices, consistent maintenance and occasional repair is necessary. We provide regular cleaning and maintenance of hearing instruments dispensed.  Additionally, in-house repairs can be performed; however, occasionally the repair that is necessary cannot be performed in-house and will need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair.  In most cases, this would be covered under the warranty provided at purchase unless that warranty expired and/or was not renewed.
